Welcome to Just A Little Something
We are located in a Victorian Gothic House built in 1870 by Henry Kalb, a U.S. Marshall in this territory. We have tried to maintain much of the historical ambience of the building. All light fixtures are antique and all cabinets are hardwood.
We even have an original 1915 National Cash Register. The main floor of the house is home to over 2,500 bolts of cotton fabric and hundreds of spools of thread. On the second floor, you will find quilting books, patterns, and notions.
Also, on the second floor is a very well stocked yarn department with lots of knitting books, patterns and needles for the hand knitter. You may want to relax in our upstairs parlor while browsing. In the lower lever, we have two well lit classrooms.
